Return Policy

At Dhabya AlFalahi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging with all tags and labels attached. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged

Please follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service department at dhabya.alfalahi11@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
2. Pack your item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with it.
3. Write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box and include a copy of the original invoice or receipt inside the package.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service department.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item received is defective or damaged. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure that it is in its original condition. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or process an exchange, whichever you prefer.
